Sales Development Manager

​Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 SDRs and drive their personal and professional growth.
  • Build out a targeted growth plan and pipeline and execute it with your team.
  • Hold weekly 1:1s with your team to track their progress and funnel.
  • Use your strong relationship-building skills to build out your and your team’s funnel with the goal of the Sales team closing the deal.
  • Your team needs to generate leads via cold-calling anyone from CIOs to QA Managers, emailing, and other lead-generating activities.
  • Persistent and creative approach to growth, hunter/hustle mindset.
  • Ensure you and your team educate customers on our software services, and newer offerings. You and your team need to be fluent in our services, latest tools, and technologies.
  • Track your team and your progress in HubSpot and be extremely proficient speaking to team’s outreach and funnel to CRO.

​Qualifications:

  • College Degree from a 4-year University.
  • 8+ years of experience in BD/SDR including extensive experience in building funnels and growth strategies.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing an SDR or BD team.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in the Technology space.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota, KPIs, OKRs.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets quickly and efficiently.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and speak with ease about your agile and nimble approach to CRO.

​Must Haves:

  • Open to work from Pleasanton HQ office, this role is hybrid.
  • Must be located in San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Fluent in CRM management and also with financials and revenue tracking.
  • Experience as SDR, BDR, sales and/or account manager/sales rep.
  • Proactive, persistent, self-motivated, team player, high EQ and strong analytical skills.
  • Curious, good at explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently while also managing a team of SDRs, strong attention to detail.
  • Own you and your team’s success: research and build new existing opportunities, become an expert in QASource’s solutions and services.
  • Strong cross-functional skills, agile approach to growth.
  • Be reliable and consistent.

​Nice-to-Haves:

  • Extensive experience in software services. SaaS is ok, software services preferred.

Client Partner

As a Client Partner, you will be a vital member of the team helping to identify, navigate and deliver QA centric software services opportunities with our clients. You’ll create and manage project opportunities across all customers directing our client success managers and delivery leaders in developing and executing strategies to win large scale projects. You will also be focusing on business and practice offerings finetuning as well as coaching team members to achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Drive client pursuits, including presentations and client meetings. Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on enabling our team to succeed at work.
  • Solutioning and problem solving – Being able to listen to the client’s business problem, identifying opportunities to solve through our services and the ability to bring the company’s collective expertise to design impactful solutions.
  • Business and Commercially Driven – Working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to drive value to our clients.
  • People development – Coach and mentor team members to support achievement of their career goals.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or Analytics and 12+ years of related work experience; or a Graduate degree and approximately 10+ years of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Significant software services selling experience especially to Software Product companies.
  • Enterprise wide solution selling capabilities.
  • Have a successful track record of managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Have Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Ability to visualize and communicate an end-to-end transformation from strategy implementation to execution.
  • Capability to participate in and promote an innovative culture.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise in the Software Services.
  • Credentials or qualifications, as well as work experience, in at least one or more of the following technologies - Quality Assurance, Artificial Intelligence, IoT/Industrial IoT, RPA/Intelligent Automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

​Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience gained within another large software services organization.
  • Experience working with offshore presales and delivery teams is desirable.
  • Experience solving large programs using complex business models.
  • Potential to grow into a leadership position within the company.
  • Background of understanding an enterprise CIO’s landscape and uncover QA service opportunities.
  • Background of understanding Salesforce suite of products and uncover software service opportunities where it is used in an enterprise.

  • $1,35,000 - $1,50,000 per annum. (50% Variable)

Senior Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will be impeccable at building relationships, strong at cross-selling and upselling, and has strong organizational skills. This candidate will focus on growing accounts and hitting revenue targets and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by helping customers achieve their desired goals.

​Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned set of accounts by building strategic relationships with key client contacts.
  • Build upon existing relationships and grow accounts by hunting new clients and departments within your BoB.
  • Maximize our revenue goals with each customer by account mining, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Take client needs, success, happiness, and retention personally and prioritize your workload autonomously.
  • Develop strong relationships with your clients where they will write a review and/or refer us to other people in their network.
  • Creative approach to growth and strong knowledge of our services and offerings.
  • Be the key link between our client's and QASource’s engineering/delivery teams.
  • Work across a global company and flex with our engineering team in India (meetings are typically early mornings).
  • Be a trusted advisor to your clients where they look for your recommendations and insights.
  • Aid in the research and execution of projects as they arise. Develop strong account plans showcasing growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed targets, goals, and SLA's.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

  • You can drive and lead discussions with business & technical leadership.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment with a rapidly growing company and are comfortable taking responsibility and improvising.
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and other tools.

​Salary Range:

$80,000 - $85,000 per annum (50% Commission).
