We’re looking for a proven Marketing Operations Manager at QASource who supports a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensures that Marketing, and Sales teams continue to increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall revenue. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our tech stack and building the data and analytics processes and dashboards that fuel real time visibility and cross-functional success.
Skills Required:
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and effectiveness and business impact.
Analyze marketing initiatives and develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Oversee and optimize the Hubspot architecture including campaign setup and email execution, lead management, scoring and routing.
Manage marketing activities including list acquisition, scrubbing and importing in Hubspot.
Maintain data hygiene for a healthy and up to date contact database in CRM.
Define processes and find tools, resources to build core target lists across accounts and contacts.
Report on performance at the asset, campaign, and channel level, as well as holistic performance across channels using CRM, Google Ads and Google Analytics to help teams make informed, data driven decisions.
Support ad-hoc marketing and sales insights requests for key stakeholders.
Oversee usage, optimization and integration of the CRM and other components of the marketing and sales tech stack.
QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution.
Evaluate and ensure successful implementation and integration of new marketing technologies.
