We’re looking for a proven Marketing Operations Manager at QASource who supports a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensures that Marketing, and Sales teams continue to increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall revenue. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our tech stack and building the data and analytics processes and dashboards that fuel real time visibility and cross-functional success.

Job Location - Remote.

​Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and effectiveness and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives and develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Sharpen attribution models and related system configurations, build nuanced customer journey reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Oversee and optimize the Hubspot architecture including campaign setup and email execution, lead management, scoring and routing.
  • Maintain data hygiene for a healthy and up to date contact database in CRM.
  • Report on performance at the asset, campaign, and channel level, as well as holistic performance across channels using CRM, Google Ads and Google Analytics to help teams make informed, data driven decisions.
  • QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution.
