    Responsibilities:

    • 12+ years of experience partnering with customers to deliver creative solutions and maximize revenue.
    • Operate as the strategic lead point of contact for any and all matters related to performance or security testing services or products.
    • Collaborate with teams across all regions/time zones to develop meaningful materials such as playbooks, account plans, and educational materials for internal and external use.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Director of Account Management on developing cutting-edge webinar programs for our customers that produce leads and new business.
    • Activate Strategic partnerships with the Account Management Team’s BoB and implement annual joint business plans that are updated monthly.
    • Work with the Account Managers to develop compelling solutions that drive revenue and increase the account’s ARR.
    • Ability to work with ease with and effectively present to C-Suite and VPs of Engineering.
    • Proactively built rapport, credibility, influence, and get results within the Account Management Team’s BoB.
    • Resourceful, creative, and diligent with outstanding communication and organizational skills..
    • Implement flawless proposals under tight timelines and communicate your proposed solutions effectively to your manager.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with QASource’s existing customer list.
    • Contribute to achieving high NPS scores for the company.
    • Ability to overlap early in the morning with our delivery team in India and partner together to deliver the best and most creative solutions to our customers.
    • Solid experience with our CRM, HubSpot as well as full proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
    • Business/Financial acumen, business or finance degree required.


    The Ideal Teammate Must:

    • Prior role as a Sales/Solutions Engineer a major plus.
    • MBA preferred.

      • Deep understanding of engineering services with 10+ years’ experience in working with Fortune 100 customers.
      • Mine and maintain existing accounts, focusing on net new business with new points of contact.
      • Exceed revenue targets and manage a multi-million dollar quota.
      • Proficient and fluent in all of our service offerings including AI. Able to develop creative and effective proposals autonomously as a result.
      • Strong pipeline management skills using HubSpot. Ability to generate real opportunities without “stuffing the funnel”.
      • Grow and maintain client relationships, ensuring high NPS scores.
      • Ability to hit the ground running and help contribute to team knowledge base.
      • Mentor Client Partner Associate, sharing best practices.
      • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

        • Review and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance, and risk statistics.
        • Review monthly and quarterly reports with engineering to deliver important information to your clients.
        • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term retention, customer happiness, and high NPS scores.
        • Identify opportunities from new and existing clients, strong presentation skills while managing a multi-million dollar quota.
        • Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management, both internally and externally.
        • Proactively provide various ad hoc data research and analysis.
        • Strong sense of keeping track of the stages of each project, responding to customers and team members in a timely manner, and consistent follow up.
