The Four We'd Put First

  1. Our Clients' Engineers Take Us With Them When They Leave

Engineering leaders who worked with QASource at one company have brought us into their next one, repeatedly, for twenty-four years. Around 40% of our new clients still arrive by referral. That is why the business grew without a dedicated sales team, and it is a harder thing to manufacture than any metric on this page. People do not stake their credibility at a new employer on a vendor they merely tolerated.

  2. 94% of Our Customers Stay

Retention is the number that is hardest to argue with, because it is a decision every client remakes continuously, and nobody makes it out of sentiment. It is the aggregate of several hundred renewal conversations we were not in the room for.

  3. Fortune 100 Clients Audit Our Delivery Centers on Site, and Stay

They send people to look at the floors, the access controls, the network segregation, and the processes. That assessment is written by someone with no interest in flattering us, and the engagements continue afterwards.

  4. More Than 30% of Our Clients Are Past Their Tenth Year

Vendor teams often turn over quickly. Ours don't. A decade means the same organization has been inside the same product through several generations of its technology—and, usually, several of the client's own engineering leaders.

Evidence You Can Check Without Us

  • 4.8 out of 5 across 18 independent reviews on Clutch, collected from clients by Clutch rather than by us
  • Certifications — ISO 27001:2022 (certificate IS 791318) and ISO 9001:2015 (certificate Q-9130084915), both checkable by number in the IAF public register without asking us, plus an Intertek HIPAA Certificate of Conformance you can validate through Intertek
  • References under NDA, including from clients in their second decade with us—the ones worth talking to, rather than the ones with the best quotes
  • A site visit. Our clients audit our delivery centers. Prospective clients are welcome to as well.
Proof From our own work

The Migration We Ran on Ourselves

Most vendor claims about AI tooling are made about someone else's codebase. Ours was made about a twenty-year Selenium estate that we owned, that our clients depended on, and that we had every financial reason not to disturb.

We moved it to Playwright using QASource Intelligent Platform (QASIP). These are the numbers, and they are the reason we are willing to describe what the current transition costs rather than only what it gains.

Reduction against the Selenium baseline

Execution and maintenance are Playwright against Selenium on comparable suites. Migration effort is QASIP against a hand migration.
