Tell Us What's Going Wrong.
Not a demo request and not a discovery call designed to qualify you out. You describe the problem, we do our homework, and within two business days of that conversation you have a proposal.
What Happens After You Send This
-
We Research You Before We Speak to You
Your company, your product, your recent releases, your press, and whatever you tell us in the form.
-
We Listen, and We Say the Problem Back to You
The first conversation is you talking. It ends with us restating the problem in our own words, so you can tell us where we have it wrong before anyone writes a proposal.
-
We Show You Where We've Solved It Before
Specific, comparable engagements—not a capabilities deck. If we haven't done something like it, we say so.
-
A Proposal Within Two Business Days of That Conversation
Scope, approach, team, and price. If you want references first, we schedule them—including clients in their second decade with us. The clock starts once we've spoken, not when you submit this form.
-
A Proposal Review, Then Contract
We walk through it together and agree on the shape before anyone involves lawyers.
Start Here
An engineering director—not a salesperson—replies within one business day.
If you would rather just email, we are at info@qasource.com, or call +1 925 271 5555.
Wondering what this costs? How we price, before you fill anything in.
If You'd Rather See Us Work First
Some teams want evidence before a proposal, particularly when they've been disappointed by a vendor before. That's a reasonable instinct and we have a structured way to do it.
Each produces a written finding you keep, whether or not you hire us.
Gap Diagnostic
A read-only review of your pipeline, suite, and release process against your recent change volume. A two-page finding: where the gap is, how large, and what it's costing you in release delay and escaped defects.
Scoped Assessment
Engineers in your codebase. A generated-and-verified sample suite for one service, a coverage-against-change baseline, and a written recommendation for the quality model that fits your team. Credited against an engagement.
AI Assurance Assessment
For one AI or agentic system: evaluation harness, ground-truth dataset, observed failure modes, and an assurance finding with stated confidence bounds. You keep the harness.
