Two Industries Where We Have a Decade of Proof
Most firms list every sector they have ever invoiced. We list the two where we have been inside the same products long enough that the claim means something. If your industry isn't here, we will say so rather than pretend.
Industry 01
Healthcare
Our strongest and longest-standing client relationships.
For FDA-regulated products and GxP-governed systems, validation is held to a standard the rest of the industry is not: what was validated has to be provable, not merely passed, because someone will eventually ask and you will need a written answer. A defect here is not a support ticket. It reaches a patient, a diagnosis, or a payment.
That changes what a quality function has to do. Regression coverage cannot be trimmed to make a date, and the people doing the work need enough domain knowledge to recognize a result that is technically correct and clinically wrong, which is not something you staff in a quarter.
Most of this work sits under confidentiality, so what we can say publicly is limited. Under a signed NDA we will walk you through the specific engagements, name the clients, and put you on the phone with them.
- Clinical systems—workflows where correctness is measured against care, not against the specification
- Medical devices—software validated as part of a regulated product
- Patient-facing applications—accessibility, data handling, and failure behavior under real use
- Laboratory management—sample, result, and instrument integrity end to end
- Claims—high-volume processing where a systematic error is expensive before anyone notices it
Our delivery centers hold ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certification and an Intertek HIPAA Certificate of Conformance, with certificate numbers you can verify yourself, and they are audited on site by Fortune 100 clients. The certificates and how to check them →
Industry 02
Independent Software Vendors
More than half our clients build and sell software, and most sell it to one professional audience rather than to everyone: property management, legal operations, healthcare operations, credit unions, mortgage and title, utilities, veterinary practices, libraries, solar installers, transit. At least five are past their tenth year with us.
The validation problem for a software vendor is not a release. It is that there is always another one, and that the platform underneath keeps moving whether or not your roadmap does.
For these clients we are the entire quality function, and we have been through the whole life of the product—not brought in at the end to check the work, but inside the development process while the product is being made. That is why these relationships run past ten years. The alternative, a vendor engaged per release, is always reasoning about a system it has just met.
We are not an afterthought in our clients' development. We are part of how their software gets built. That is the whole reason they stay.
This is also where the AI-assisted development problem is sharpest. These teams adopted Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot early; their change volume rose first, and their regression suites were the first to become the bottleneck. What that looks like, and what to do about it →
Everywhere Else
We have delivered in more sectors than the two above—among them information services, manufacturing, higher education, cybersecurity, gaming, and financial services, several of which appear in our public client reviews. We have not given them pages here, because a page implies a decade of accumulated judgment, and we would rather earn the claim than assert it.
If you are in one of those sectors, ask. We will tell you plainly what we have done, for how long, and whether the experience is genuinely relevant to your product or merely adjacent to it.
Ask Us What We Actually Know About Your Product
We'll tell you plainly whether our experience transfers to your system or stops at the edge of it.
